PeopleSoft CRM for High Technology Enables Companies to Deliver Differentiated Sales and Service Capabilities

PeopleSoft Inc. (Nasdaq:PSFT) announced the general availability of PeopleSoft CRM for High Technology this month. PeopleSoft CRM for High Technology is a complete CRM solution with a flexible architecture, robust integration capabilities, pre-built data models, best practices, and workflow that addresses the specific needs of high technology companies. By providing an expanded view of the customer, the solution enables enterprises to drive incremental revenue from the customer base and increase profitability by optimizing sales and service channels.

For example, tight integration between order processing and fulfillment solutions gives organizations the ability to manage inventories more effectively.
